Parent Information

Girls State is an incredible opportunity for your daughter to experience leadership skill development, confidence building, and a life-changing week.

We hope that your daughter will walk away from the week with a greater appreciation of our great nation and an understanding of how she can make a difference in her school and community.

As a participant in Girls State, your daughter will have the opportunity to compete for the Samsung Scholarship and gain college credit.  Applications for college credit and college scholarship must be completed prior to the week of Girls State.  Please review information with your daughter to ensure she gets all necessary material compiled and submitted.
