Alumni and Friends of Girls State
In 2008, we started the Alumni and Friends Association to reconnect the wonderful women of Girls State!
The Commission and Staff of Oregon Girls State have teamed together to start the Oregon Girls State Alumni Association, a program that we believe will help to enhance the Girls State program. Girls State will also provide a great way for our current and future leaders to keep in contact and have a wonderful networking opportunity.
Throughout the year we will hold exclusive members-only gatherings, send out quarterly newsletters and keep everyone informed and updated on the upcoming session of Girls State.
We are very much looking forward to our growing relationships with each of you and are excited about the wonderful things that are sure to come out of this program. Girls State wouldn’t be the same without you, and for that we are grateful. Thank you for your help in ensuring that we will be able to shape the lives of future leaders for years to come.

Why join the Alumni?
Annual membership drive starts May 1st and goes through the end of July each year. You can join at any time.
Eligibility:
All past Oregon Girls State participants and staff!!
We also have a Friends of Girls State Association for those of you who are supporters, but did not attend the program. All the benefits are the same as Alumni members. Complete the Friends of Girls State form.

Our Charter Member Drive was January 2008 through March 31, 2008. Below are the Charter Members.
